Story, Values, Principles
Our Mission is to Create a Culture of Care.
Our Story
begins in March of 2020. Just as schools were closing and shifting virtually, we launched our first initiative, Connected Cultures, a workplace mental health training for educators.
As we supported educators, Anthony, our Executive Director and Founder, worked part-time in a grocery store. With MOM’s Organic Market, we piloted and designed a mental health training for retail workers, a first of its kind.
Then, we expanded our focus to include nonprofits, philanthropy, government and universities, graduating over 1,500+ people across our programs.
Today, we’re continuing to build upon these foundations to empower the social sector and frontline workers with tools and techniques to build healthy work cultures.
