Human bio: What are you curious about? I try to always notice when and how people work together to make big things happen, but also how they tackle everyday goals. I'm fascinated by how institutions work: the way they're set up, the unconscious rules that members follow, how they're perceived by members and outsiders. I'm also curious about how diversity of thought, experience, and background plays a role in creating strong, dynamic teams and positive outcomes.

Professional bio: Anna Taylor is the Executive Director of The Greater Sum Foundation, a private operating foundation whose mission is to support innovation in the nonprofit sector. In this role, Anna coordinates the selection of a cohort of nonprofit leaders who receive grant funding, subject matter expertise, and professional development opportunities. She also nurtures The Greater Sum's volunteer network, engages with higher education institutions to support a pipeline of young entrepreneurs into the sector, and speaks on the topic of nonprofit sector collaboration and innovation. An alumna of the University of Florida and George Washington University, Anna calls Jacksonville, Florida home.
