Human bio: What inspires me? I’m inspired by really great music, art, and food that is expressive and fresh. Like a really good doughnut or guitar solo that's almost even better in memory.

Professional bio: Aazam is the Business Operations Manager at Woodberry Kitchen and Artifact Coffee. He’s passionate about better food and beverage businesses: ones that have an inspiring vision, source ingredients and materials thoughtfully, facilitate great employment, and contribute positively to their communities. Aazam studied Business Management at University of Baltimore and Stage Design & Production at Baltimore School for the Arts. Aazam has also worked in theatre production and managed a 75-seat theatre in the iconic Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Aazam is particularly interested in how we redefine standards for employment in retail and restaurants– with great work cultures, empathetic and dynamic leadership, compensation structures, and "designing" job quality.
